The Supreme Court is tightening the rules regarding spousal support: in his latest article in “Le Temps,” Josef Alkatout discusses a Supreme Court ruling stating that the duration of the marriage and the age of the spouse entitled to support should no longer be sole decisive factors regarding the award of spousal support between divorced parties.
